This property is managed by Vacasa Florida LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Dock details: A 45’ boat dock is located just steps away across the street on a canal and has 30 amp electrical service. Boat trailer parking is also available on this lot. Please note that the depth of the water is approximately 4’ deep at low tide, so make sure any boats can accommodate that depth. Caloosa Cove Marina is nearby for boating needs and additional storage (call 305-664-4455 for more information). Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
