The common areas were wonderful, including a beautiful lobby, gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean, many games, Beachside access and water, activities, etc.
We stayed with a large group of people. Everything about our stay was amazing. The amenities are well kept, grounds are beautiful. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.
We had a very peaceful stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Amazing restaurants with very good food near the resort.
Hallways quite loud in the mornings by staff, like they forget people are on vacation and sleeping. Pool itself is nice. Sand is very rocky so must wear shoes.
Overall it was pretty incredible, very helpful staff, beautiful property that was very well maintained, bar staff very friendly, great food. The location is super convenient.
Staff was great and the grounds were very nice. The tiki bar was fun too. We visited during low season so many of the rooms were unoccupied but we still got one with a view of the roof and A/C equipment. The toilet was toddler sized and very low to the floor so expect to work your quads. Having a shuttle available was super helpful and being able to access the other two properties was great as well.
It was clean, family friendly, quiet but yet plenty to do. It’s island time so sometimes when you want to do an activity like kayaking the employees take their time or when the coffee runs out in the main lobby it can be a guessing game as to who will fill it. We loved our stay though and they were so sweet to our toddler.
