"Room was big, with requisite furniture and comfortable mattress. For cold weather of Islamabad in winters place heaters would be ideal for bathrooms. Room service needs improvement as I had to personally go down to the reception to get things as room service didn't respond in half am hour despite calling multiple times. Staff at reception was polite, friendly, and helpful.
