Amazing

Ramada in Islamabad was an excellent experience. The staff were very respectful and supportive. They provided me shuttle service back to the airport which was very helpful. Mr. Hanzala was very professional and helpful. Overall all it was awesome.

Good overall service - from airport pick up to check in (upgrade), b'fast service to airport drop off. Room/overall hotel slightly dated but service was to a good standard. Cleanliness was not an issue/concern - good standard. Would recommend the rooftop BBQ.

Perfect for family with baby

The buffet breakfast was perfect, staff were very friendly and helpful and the shuttle service made the trip easy to manage. We even got a chauffeur driven car hire to take us around.

Warm freindly service.Rooms were very spacious and clean.We ordered room service and the food was exceptional.Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. The freshly squeezed apple juice was excellent.Many Thanks to the manager Abdul Hayee who sorted us out.

Avoid this place. I booked 10 days for my wife, when she arrived an old man “the owner” said we don’t take any online bookings, pay 8000rs cash now. The guy was very rude. I had to contact Expedia for my money, Expedia then gave me a replacement hotel. The owner works there and it’s not a hotel, it’s a restaurant with some nasty old rooms. Avoid it at all cost!

The staff were really nice but the hotel hallways and rooms looked dilapidated. And the pillows were horrible. Great buffet breakfast though. I do hate it when hotels don’t allow in outside food, and they don’t, unfortunately.

Did not meet expectations the price charged

Did not get services as per expectations and the price charged for per night CAD 175/night don't worth it. AC was not working, room and toilets not in good condition complained to room service they sent tech to fix AC but did not able fix AC room was hot. After around 7 hours they changed room.

Recommending the Ramada

The executive floor (3rd) is the preferred floor. The 2nd floor needs to be renovated. The restaurants are very nice. The rooftop restaurant is exceptional!
