"The hotel is a little run down in the rooms. Staff by the pool and pool restaurants were awesome! Staff by the beach and front desk were just ok and I was dissatisfied at times with their customer service. We were locked out of our room for an entire day because the door lock “needed an update” before we were able to get someone to open our room door for us. The beach staff were reluctant to set up chairs and umbrellas which seemed kind of bizarre. With that being said, the pool and beach were very nice which are the main reasons to visit this hotel resort. We would go back but will look into alternatives as well."

"Upon arrival it was fans placed on the reception area. We were unaware and were not communicated that the whole hotel did not had A/C. Went to the room that smelled musty but it was our last day so we decide to deal with it. After more than 30 minutes Noticed that a/c was not cooling the room . Called the front desk and was told they will investigate, received a call back with the bad news. I was offered a refund if we decided to check out. No other offers . We already returned the rental and no assistance with transportation to another hotel and back next morning. I do not agree with the staff lack of honesty"
