"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room very comfortable, tastefully decorated with view of beautiful inner courtyard with orange trees. Quite centrally located, 5 minutes to main plaza with excellent restaurants and bars, lovely 20-minute walk to the beach. Only issue is the expensive parking but not a lot you can do about that. Sanlucar is a joy for seafood lovers and we would happily stay in this hotel again. "

"It was a great place to rest for a night while traveling through Spain. The staff were extremely friendly, particularly for me knowing barely any Spanish, and the room was very relaxing and quiet. The bed slept well, and the shower was good once I figured out how to use it. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel based on some of the other reviews, but there are several good breakfast places in the area that give good Spanish breakfasts. One possible criticism is I like to sleep in a cool room...

"We had 2 rooms at the back of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Each room had 2 beds and they were very comfortable. Ensuite clean and white with shower. Aircon noisy but efficient and slept well. Rooms at the front will have some road and noise from the bar below. Bakery below at rear starts early but otherwise quiet rooms."

"The host Beatriz made our stay most enjoyable. We had no hot water for a couple of days but Beatriz dealt with the problem immediately. The indoor parking space is tight. The one thing that was disappointing is that there is no Wi Fi and we had to go to the local library to get our emails."

"Beautiful building and a lovely, friendly hotel. You will be 10 minute walk from the centre. Be aware that although they offer free parking there are only 15 spots. You may be asked to find a spot on the street as we were. Also if your room faces the street there will be constant traffic noise. The town is wonderful with many great places to eat. "
