"The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night. The parking is €20 per night but unless you have an electric but unless you have an electric car, it’s a nightmare to park in there, especially you come with a large car. The breakfast choice is okay but not superb.They don’t have room service, you can call the restaurant and they may send you something, but it’s up to them. I hated the toilet paper because is the supercheap recycled type. I also hated the fact that you are given a beach towel every two days, it should be daily. I have to say that the hotel is more a three star hotel than a four."

"It’s very central to the restaurants and coffee bars - they are on the same town square. It’s a lovely old building but very modern and clean inside. On arrival the staff were very friendly and smiling and showed us around the property. The room was cleaned very well every day. The breakfast had a great selection, with freshly cooked food and was available from early til 10:30 Would definitely stay at this hotel if in Tavira again."

"Well maintained hotel. Superb large swimming pool. Easy to get sun beds short walk to sandy beach. Had comfortable suite with superb sea view. Very good food in pool and beach bar. In our opinion breakfast very ordinary although extensive. We could not find sourdough Staff in hotel very helpful toen ordinary but good restaurants forces at very reasonable prices"
