A unique and spacious detached villa set within a secure gated garden, surrounded by pine trees and fruit fields. Located near the charming Spanish town of La Redondela, it offers peace and tranquillity without feeling remote.

Inside, the villa features a bright and airy lounge with patio doors opening onto terraces that wrap around three sides of the property. A well-equipped, large kitchen and utility room provide plenty of space for cooking and storage. There are three double bedrooms—two with ensuite bathrooms—plus a separate family bathroom. Each room is fitted with air conditioning and heating, and the property includes high-speed WiFi/broadband access.

The fully fenced outdoor space features electric gates and a spacious garage/games room, complete with a table tennis table, full-sized pool table, dartboard, and bar.

First trip abroad after the global pandemic and Isla Cristina and surrounding areas including Portugal did not disappoint. Villa Rosa Blanca is a super, spacious villa in a beautiful rural location yet only 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Fantastic facilities: pool, hot tub, games room, BBQ, large table for entertaining and quiet spaces for shade and relaxation. Wonderful views and sense of privacy as not overlooked. Hosts could not have been more hospitable. Joao - on the ground - very helpful too. Thank you Ken & Fiona.

A relaxing week

The villa certainly did not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and particularly loved the outdoor areas with the lovely pool, hot tub, wraparound terrace with 2 outdoor tables, a number of sunbeds, umbrellas for shade and BBQ. The games room provided plenty of entertainment too. A very quiet area with a cluster of villas in the vicinity but not so close as to disturb each other. Views across the surrounding farm land were great for sunsets. We arrived at 11pm and John/Joao was there with the keys and to show us the property; check out was equally as efficient. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay. Ken & Fiona have been very responsive too as we had a couple of queries before arrival. A very relaxing and enjoyable week - thank you!

Fabulous stay in a fabulous villa!

The photos don't do this property justice - its amazing! Lots of space, so quiet on its own hilltop overlooking fields of citrus fruits! Communication with both the owners and Joao from the property management was excellent. Kids loved the huge pool and the games room in the garage area. Centrally located for trips to Isla Cristina, Ayamonte, Lepe and La Antilla where you'll find some really nice traditional Andalucian restaurants. If you prefer your holidays to be as far away as possible from the lager louts on-tour, then this property and location are for you. Its also only 10 mins from the border with Portugal, so a short 40mins car journey to the shopping districts and water parks of The Algarve. A special mention for Joao from the property management company who was so helpful and always at the end of the phone (even at 11.30pm at night!!) to sort out any minor issues we had. The first, but definitely not the last time, we will stay in this beautiful villa in a relaxing part of Spain

Such a well laid out and positioned villa.Captures the afternoon and evening sun over the pool and outdoor seating area. Great internet connectivity. pool regularly cleaned. Attentive owners as we had the broken dishwasher replaced the next day. All communications were answered swiftly. It’s also close to the beach. For us, it was absolutely perfect.

Quiet, spacious, nice pool, well equipped.Good management (Joao)Difficult access. No wellcome pack, no instructions about anything like TV options etc. (there are multiple electronic boxes). We disconnected one box on a beside table in a bedroom which turned out to be the Wi-Fi router.Furniture and deco needs updating.The saving grace was Joąo: willing, helpfull, accomodating, nothing too much trouble for him.

Nos alojamos en esta magnífica casa durante nuestras vacaciones, y estuvimos fenomenal. Está aislada, con algunas viviendas alrededor, en un pinar muy bonito, pero muy cerca de la playa. Se necesita coche para los desplazamientos, pero la tranquilidad y la calidad de la vivienda son extraordinarios. Los propietarios atentos y muy amables, y la persona que atiende en la llegada también. Volveremos sin duda.

CASA MUY ACOGEDORA

El anuncio responde fielmente a la realidad. La casa muy bien, con equipamiento poco habitual en casas de veraneo. Las camas tb comodas. La piscina estupenda y el jacuzzi un placer. La ubicacion super tranquila, entrada desde camino no asfaltado, pero paraje supertranquilo. Las losetas de gres exterior, resbalan (cuidado con los peques) En gral , una experiencia genial.

Luxe, grote villa met veel privacy

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in de ruime, schone en luxe villa met heerlijk zwembad, jacuzzi en mancave. De tuin rond de woning is heerlijk en goed onderhouden. Op de terrassen en rond het zwembad staan voldoende stoelen en ligbedden. De toilet bij het zwembad was handig. 2 tiener jongens hebben zich hier prima vermaakt met de bar, pooltafel, tafeltennis etc. Airco in alle ruimtes terwijl het huis goed geissoleerd is. Het online contract met de verhuurder verliep snel en makkelijk. Het contract met de locale beheerder was ook erg goed. Alle verzoeken werden snel en goed opgevolgd. Erg vriendelijk! We hebben ook erg genoten van de buurkat die vaak bij de villa te vinden was. Het enige minpuntje zou kunnen zijn dat landelijk gelegen soms ook werkgeluiden van de boer op het naastgelegen land met zich mee brengt. Verder een top plek om heerlijk te ontspannen.

Lovely property great place to chill.we couldn’t get any uk channels although it was on the listing and we did have to buy batteries for the remote and air conditioning controls.Had to scrub the barbecue as it was quite mouldy might be an idea to get the cleaning company to do this, definitely need a car but was walkable to the village which was lovely and there are a couple of well stocked supermarkets.The management company we’re very helpful with directions and gave us lots of advice via a WhatsApp group and any problems were very quickly resolved. Would definitely go back and it is a great base to see both Spain and Portugal

Muy buena casa

Esta situada en medio del campo, pero se tarda nada en llegar a la Redondela o Isla Cristina no llegara ni a 10 minutos en coche a la playa, la casa tiene muchas instalaciones para poder disfrutar de ella, por ponerle una pega con niños todo el suelo que rodea a la casa, piscina y zonas comunes, mojado resbala muchisimo.

A casa ideal para férias com miúdos

Simplesmente maravilhoso. Local sossegado. Piscina maravilhosa com ótima exposição solar. Jacuzzi fantástico à temperatura ideal. A zona de jogos fez as delícias de todos, especialmente à noite e durante as horas de digestão à espera de poder ir para a piscina. A mesa perto da piscina foi a nossa eleita para as refeições. Casa muito limpa. Cozinha muito bem equipada. Climatização da casa muito boa. Redondela fica muito próximo e tem tudo o que se precisa: supermercados, padarias, farmácia, restaurantes. Pontos a melhorar: - wifi que não funcionou a semana toda. - o ecoponto mais próximo para deixar o lixo é em Redondela. Mesmo com estes pontos a melhorar, vamos voltar sem dúvida , é uma casa ideal para ir com os miúdos ❤

Espectacular Casa

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa y de la zona, con un tiempo perfecto, las instalaciones muy bien, quizás hubiera hecho falta un poco más de limpieza a fondo en algunos lugares de la casa, pero la verdad es que el resto de las cosas han estado perfectas, los niños y los adultos hemos disfrutado un montón con la piscina y el jacuzzi así como la zona de juegos.

La estancia ha sido genial, tienes soporte 24/7 vía WhatsApp, además la casa está muy bien cuidada y equipada para cualquier situación o necesidad. La casa (estupenda) está ubicada en un pinar, pero en un momento estás en una playa enorme de arena fina o en cualquiera de los supermercados para hacer la compra, farmacia, panadería o restaurantes increíbles en las inmediaciones.
