The house had not been occupied for some time before our arrival and was cold, but the mini split devices in each room were effective for heating. Lots of space for 12 adults and around the swimming pool and we made use of all the dining areas throughout the week. The villa is a five minute walk to a lovely beach and lots of restaurants locally and we were there to play paddle and that is readily available in Vila Real at the sports club"
