他のパームヴィラに比べると清潔感が欠けました。建物の古さは良いのですが、室内の蜘蛛の巣や、ブラインドの手入れ、サッシの汚れが気になりました。 パームヴィラのファンなので改善していただけると嬉しいです。 また、フライパンが劣化で焦げつきやすいのと、冷蔵庫の電気がつきませんので確認ください。 大人５人こども２人で、4泊5日で利用しました。普段あまり会えない少し高齢の母との最後のアクティブな旅行になるかもしれないので、母の過ごしやすそうなお宿なこともあり、数か月前に予約を取ってからとても楽しみにしていました。 Yugafuさんが、事前に確認、ご連絡してくださったので、とても安心して利用することができました。日本語のわからない旦那が予約の代表者だったのですが、英語でのコミュニケーションもとてもスムーズでした。 Villaに着くと、外の空間も中の空間も広々していて、清潔で、きれいに手入されていて、デザインも素敵で、調理器具、食器も充実していたので、家族みんな大興奮でした。間違えやすい、忘れやすいことについては、注意書きもしっかりされていたので、わかりやすくてよかったです。木製ブラインドのついている窓がたくさんあり、朝と昼間はブラインドを開けて自然光を取り入れて、夕方は全ての照明、晩はダウンライトのみにしたら、その度に、違った雰囲気を楽しめました。玄関の照明パネルが便利でした。天候がさえない日が多く、洗濯物が多かったので、大きめの洗濯機と乾燥機、物干しスタンド、ハンガー、扇風機にとても救われました。アメニティも、髪や肌に合っていて感動しました。 また、予約時に子どもの年齢をお伝えしたところ、子ども用の食器、シート、踏み台などいろいろご用意いただいていました。 玄関の扉のカランコロンの音がもう恋しく感じます。家族全員、計５日とても快適な時間を過ごすことができて大満足です。石垣島に行く機会があれば、また利用させていただきたいです。 注意点 時間がある方は他のビーチを探してもいいかもです。 海は遠浅で引き潮でした。子供が海の中で手をついて手のひらを切ってしまいましたが、救急箱があり本当に助かりました。 ホテルの食事付きプランもいいですが、時間が決まってて移動しないといけないので、こちらのように自分達で好きなものを買ったり作ったりして食事の時間を気にせず過ごす旅行も楽しかったです。 すごく広くて綺麗で快適でした！洗濯機に乾燥機もあったので海で服が汚れてもすぐ洗えてとても便利でした。残念だったのが、すぐ目の前にあるウリウリカフェがちょうど定休日の木金に宿泊したので利用出来なかったことと、すぐ近くにビーチに行ける場所があったみたいなのが見つけられずに行けなかったこと。あと、食器やカトラリーなど揃ってたのですがワインオープナーが無かったので、出来れば置いていただけると嬉しいです。
