The room itself and the property was decent but a bit outdated and unkept. The biggest problem was the bed. The mattress was so bad it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. It had an additional pad/topper and it was still horrible. We had two rooms and a total of four beds and they were all in the same condition. The two nights we were there I was not able to sleep much and woke up in pain because the bed was soo bad. They need to invest in improving the hotel and buying better beds. The bus lines meet at the bus terminal which is also in easy walking distance from the hotel. The room was spacious for Japan and the balcony was a nice extension to the room space. Breakfast was bountiful and well worth including in your stay. Highly likely you will sleep with cockroaches here and there. Saw a few on TV table and bathroom during our three days there. Make sure you turn all your lights on so that they are not coming out. Can’t believe I paid 35,000yen per night at this place.
