Very spacious beach house with pool in a private place with an extensive yard. Enough space for 10 people. Living room, dining room, family, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, terrace with BBQ, fire pit area and a billiard table.

Close to the best Isabela's restaurants and beaches; Jobos, Las Golondrinas, Teodoro, Shacks, Middles and Montones (3-5 min car). Best place to relax with your family.

NOTE: Residential Area: NO EVENTS or PARTIES are allowed. NO LOUD MUSIC after 10PM. NO confetti.
