"Would definitely recommend this property. The Inn Keeper was amazing, rooms newly renovated and clean, great location, breakfast was phenomenal. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. "
"We stayed at the Admiral Sims on Catherine St. and it was great! The house and property were beautiful and in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, and a little bit longer into downtown Newport but it is doable. Next time we come back we will definitely be bringing our dog!"

"Francis Malbone House is an oasis in the hubbub of downtown Newport. All the wharves are easily walkable. It was less than 15 minutes to walk to the Elms. On site parking is a huge bonus. Daily breakfast is always delicious. But the best thing about this inn is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. "
"We LOVE the Atlantic Beach Hotel!
My family has stayed here many times over the years, and every visit is great.
Super convenient location in Middletown - right across the street from Eastons Beach, and close to all the main attractions in Newport, while being far enough away to not feel crowded.
Free parking as part of your stay! The Main Building has comfortable, spacious rooms (some with town& water views), a beautiful indoor pool and an awesome outdoor sun deck (perfect for sunsets!). The Suites Building, located right on the other side of the street, has HUGE suites and is a great choice for traveling with larger families or groups. We got married in Newport, and our family all stayed at Atlantic Beach Hotel in the Suites Building - it was perfect!
All rooms are very comfortable and up to date, with cozy beds and clean beach vibes.
Their restaurant, Tickets, is located right across the street with GREAT food and an outdoor, upstairs deck.
One of our favorite hotels to visit when in Newport/Middletown. We will certainly be back!"
"Amazing location. Super clean. Room was a bit small but that’s only because we had a baby and a pack and play in the room but more than perfect for just two people. No food in hotel but plenty of amazing dining options very close by. Would love for hotels to offer early check in for a fee, but again only because of having our baby with us. Overall great property!"
