Whether you are staying here for leisure, study or business! you will be few min from the most spectacular beaches in Southern Cali, 1.2 mile away from UCI and walking distance from the hub of Irvine businesses.My beautiful gated condo complex is less than 6 miles away from Newport Beach & Corona Del Mar Beach and is in the proximity of great hiking trails. It is ideal for couples or just you! Great restaurants/bars, bank, gas & shopping . I want you to thoroughly enjoy your stay at my place."  
  
Resort like amenities including hot tub, swimming pool and gym. Walking distance to UCI, grocery and restaurants and few miles away from southern Cali gorgeous beaches.  
  
Pool, Tennis court, Basketball court, Jacuzzi and gym.  
  
I am available to answer your questions by text and will be living with you in the same condo if I am not traveling for work and would love to meet with you probably over home cooked dinner!
