"This hotel is set in beautiful surroundings and in calm , quiet location. The room was nice and clean and a good size. The presentation for the tea and coffee in the room was excellent and a really nice added touch. The breakfast choices were good and cooked on individual requests. A great place to stay . Thank you. "All good, and I was happy with my room and its king’s sized bed. Unfortunately their fitness facilities and restaurant are currently not in operation, hence you would need to find elsewhere to dine and if you wanted to have some exercise there is a leisure centre about 5 minutes from the hotel. Overall, I cannot complain and was satisfied on my visit."

"Excellent meal, really good, im gluten intolerant but as everything is cooked fresh from ingredients the chef can do most meals on the menu. Definitely worth a return trip"

"We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. We have previously stayed at the hotel a few years ago and had no problems. Yet this time when we went in the sofa bed was not set up. We spoke to the lady in reception who came back to the room with covers and we were told it was normal that guests set up the sofa bed ourselves. We struggled to get it flat and when we raised this , it was implied that it was our problem and there was no other rooms. The sofa bed had no mattress and was incredibly uncomfortable. The sofa bed is not very large and has large arms on the side. It was not really big enough for our two children to sleep on. I can’t recommend anyway staying if they have to use the sofa bed. The hotel itself is basic and clean. The breakfast is cereal and toast and was what was expected. Apart from the bed the hotel had everything that was needed."

"Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Bath. Access was an issue with a stroller, as there are 4 or 5 steps to enter the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful though and the rooms were clean and updated. There is no parking on site and unloading the car was a bit of an issue."
