  • Holly House is a 2 unit Victorian style home within walking distance to Downtown Ipswich shops, restaurants, Historic High St and MBTA as well as Bialek Park, Willowdale State Forest, CSA Farms and many other amenities. Walk next door to the Historic 1640 Hart House for dinner or spend the day visiting the Crane Estate and Crane Beach! Unit 1 is on the first floor where you will enjoy minimal stairs (only to get in) and the convenience of 2 bedrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen with sunny breakfast nook. The beautiful gardens create an enchanting oasis away from the road. This location is perfect for couples or family wanting a summer beach getaway, holiday stay while visiting friends and family, weddings, or corporate stay! This is good environment for working from home or home schooling while you are away using our high speed internet!
