Με την αρχιτεκτονική του σχεδίαση δόθηκε ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στον φυσικό φωτισμό και αερισμό της κατοικίας μέσω των μεγάλων ανοιγμάτων , δίνοντας έτσι την δυνατότητα ενοποίησης του εσωτερικού με τον εξωτερικό χώρο προσδίδοντας μια αίσθηση ελευθερίας και εξωστρέφειας τόσο στο μάτι όσο και στην κίνηση στον χώρο, καθώς το καθιστικό συνεχίζεται και στον κήπο. Με το που εγινε η κρατηση και η πληρωμη εντος ολιγων λεπτων ο οικοδεσποτης επικοινωνισε μαζι μου τηλεφωνικα και μου ειπε οτι το καταλιμα ειναι κλειστο και οτι δεν συνεργαζετε μαζι σας.επισης μου ειπε να μην ξανα επικοινωνισω μαζι .οσες φορες και να προσπαθισα να μιλησω μαζι του δεν απαντησε.το ταξιδι δεν εγινε ενοειτε .σας ζητησα την αμεση επιστροφη των χρηματων μου αλλα ακομη δεν εχω μια απαντηση.θα κινηθω νομικα τοσο εναντιων σας οσο και κατα του ιδιοκτητη .
