These apartments are located on the ground floor and range in size from 34 square metres to 45 square metres. The holiday apartment features a spacious kitchen-living room with a dining area and a pull-out sofa bed, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable, a radio, a safe, and free guest Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and an egg cooker.
