It also has doubled glazed windows and doors and has sound proofing in the walls in between units. It is warm and sunny and has a deck for you to enjoy a coffee on. It has everything you need to cook your own meals and a TV with chrome cast so you can watch your favourite shows from your device on the TV screen. We also supply internet for your needs. Our accommodation is very close to South City where there is a super market a variety of food outlets, bank, post shop and any time machines. It is a 5 minute drive or 30 min walk to Invercargill town center. Also it is about 5-10 mins walking distance to Southland hospital This accommodation will provide comfort for you while checking out our beautiful city as you visit our cities parks, restaurants, shops and much much more. Nothing sitting anywhere, just a few things on the walls. It looks sort of “sterile”. That being said, however, it is a wonderful place to stay. Lots of room for spreading out, making yourself at home. Everything is new, clean, shiny and works! The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The location was good. It was quiet, parking was easy. There were 3 units in this building- all VRBO’s I believe, because when we drove up there were people unloading suitcases from their cars into both of the other units. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to family and friends and look into staying here if we were in the area again. ##### S C. Although close to a main road, it was quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and having a washing machine and dryer in the unit was a real bonus. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very obliging. The only downside was the lack of towel rails for 4 people.
