Nice southern town. It is close to all the facilities and workplaces. The queens park is quiet. The temperature is mild in summer. Invercargill is in the list of destination.

Hello we did like the property,however we were upstairs which was very difficult for us as the stairs were extremely steep and difficult to go up and down on

Very dated, steep stairs to access studio room. Carpet very worn (patches with little colour). Bathroom awkward - I had to bend over to get face & head wet. Location is excellent and plenty of parking space. Really needs updated.
