Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
No need to strip the beds. Please leave towels hanging in the bathroom or in the bathtub. Please return all items to where you found them (toys/games/furniture).
Please turn Main thermostat down to L (on the ranai heater) in the main living area and pushed all the way down to the bottom in basement. Turn off AC units and make sure all doors are locked.
Please take all trash to the dumpster or trash shed Across from the complex (code 1560). Shut off the main water valve (Oct-Mar), and turn on the sink in the basement bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A well stocked, centrally located property. Plenty of room for you and your guests. LOTS of games/books, game tables and a game system for indoor entertainment. Could supply more towels but there is laundry on hand to get them clean and pool towels are provided. The pool could definitely have been cleaner but that’s not this unit’s fault.

This was a great place to stay for our weekend trip! The house was clean and spacious. The host was easy to communicate with and the pool was great!! Close to town and easily accessible.

Exceptional place. Beautiful home, clean, precise instructions that made adjustment very easy and well stocked. Perfect place to stay. Fast communication with host. I will be definitely returning when I am in the area.
