I was here with my kids and really enjoyed our stay. The check in was very smooth and a special shout out for Natalie and team (pardon if spelling wrong) for the warm welcome. The location is central and easily walkable to all major attractions. Kids loved the breakfast. Overall a pleasant and memorable stay for us.

Amazing View with clean swimming pool which was great help for me 4 year old and the staff was very helpful. One of the best breakfast in Interlaken and the best location to stay in Interlaken with views of mountain from the apartment and beautiful park and paragliding views from the hotel. Mine was Premium apartment with Mountain view. Worth every penny I have spent. Nice kitchenette and dishwasher was huge help if you are thinking of cooking.

The location was perfect and very close to the train stations. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. Although the price was a little high, we had a great view from our room and really enjoyed our stay overall. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage, which was extremely helpful since hotel check-in and check-out times don’t always coincide with train schedules. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, all within easy walking distance, which made the location very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Check in was great very friendly and helpful having an apartment rather than a hotel room was just the right thing for a four day stay. Everything was there that you needed. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Interlaken

Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are huge, basically a one bedroom apartment. Nice big balcony. You can open the top screen, which we didn’t realize until the last day. Pool was great and my granddaughter swam every day. Right across from the hotel is a huge green space where the paragliders land. Fun to sit and watch. The hotel is fairly central so lots of stores and restaurants to check out. There is a huge Coop right by the east train station, where we bought food. One negative is that there is no oven or microwave so you can’t heat anything up. Other than that is was a great place to stop for 5 days.

The location was great right in front of the park where the paragliders land and with a view of the snow capped mountains. Fifteen minutes walk from both interlaken east and west stations. Halal food places nearby. Inside the hotel looked nice and clean though the rooms were very basic. The front of the building however looked awful...really run down and I was shocked when I saw it. The photos on the listing only show the building at night in the dark with lights on so you can't really tell. It's a shame because it really lets the hotel down. Also the breakfast buffet had very limited options considering it wasn't a cheap hotel. I was quite disappointed because I had expected more.

Hapimag really knows what travelers need, hotel plus apartment. The amenities and staffs are the best in Europe so far we have traveled. We will stay again in one of Hapimag and let our friends and families know about this hotel in Europe . Danke schoen!

The check in staff were extremely helpful and kind. The property is wonderfully located near the tram up to Harder Kulm, and the views of the surrounding river and mountains are a treat. I opted to include breakfast in our stay and it was well worth it; an array of options and the food was delicious. The property has a concierge who helped me plan my day with information on how to get to sites, and the opportunity to purchase my train tickets on site. I have nothing but great things to say about all those with whom I interacted, the comfort of the room, and the lovely locale. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hapimag staff!
