"Great staff "

"This was a last minute booking for a last minute trip, and I was pleasantly surprised! The room was exceptionally clean. I love that there were "real" tissues available. It was honestly about the small details. I did have a very early checkout, and the night clerk was obviously not prepared to see me, but that's ok. The location was great, everything in town was within walking distance. There was also plenty of parking for my rental vehicle. It was very quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Really friendly place with an excellent shuttle that runs early and late to and from the nearby airport. The guys at reception always very friendly, my key often didn’t work and they always resolved. A very comfortable bed and a large room with a microwave and refrigerator. Nice bathroom with complimentary toiletries and excellent shower pressure. Basic breakfast, McDonalds next door. Excellent local transit for reaching all spots Juneau. "

"This is a historic hotel, a group of rooms located in a National Historic Register building. One of the best loved bars of Juneau is downstairs. The room was cozy and comfortable, and shared bath facilities were clean. I made Alaskan friends when I visited the bar. A great, authentic feeling Alaska experience. Don't expect a modern hotel experience - you'll find that in other parts of town."
