As soon as i got into my toom, the phone rang, but no one was on the opposite end. It also just looks kind of ran down and it looked a lot nicer in the pictures (like usual). Decent place to stay otherwise. Nice places to eat in the hotel.

Don't let the looks deceive you. Older building, but clean rooms, well kept. The desk clerk was super nice. On site Italian restaurant was very good. We would recommend.

Important to note check-in time was 2pm with check-out by 10am. Busy property largely dedicated to cruise ship clients. Convenient location from which to explore Skagway. Room was small - definitely could use an update. Staff not the most friendly-perhaps they work long hours. Few other accommodation options in Skagway.
