This 3-room vacation apartment is located in the "Residenz am Yachthafen" on the raised ground floor, on the busy harbor promenade (Festplatz) in Kirchdorf.

From the hallway you go directly into the bright, cozy living room equipped with a comfortable couch, TV with DVD player and a dining corner for relaxed family evenings. From here you can access a small balcony, which is equipped with balcony furniture.

The kitchen has a mini dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and various kitchen utensils.

Both bedrooms have two single beds and a wardrobe.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

A parking space with the number 1.1 is available at the house.

Eine tolle, saubere Wohnung! Für unseren Kurzurlaub zu viert im Herbst absolut in Ordnung. Super in Hafennähe und gut geschnitten. Einzig eine Ablage in der Dusche fehlte. Die Ausstattung war komplett und über Geschmack (Deko) lässt sich bekanntlich streiten. Wir waren zufrieden und empfehlen gern weiter!

Lob: Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Große , liebevoll mit toller Deko ausgestattete Wohnung, es fehlte nichts an Besteck , Geschirr und sonstigem Gedöns, was man so benötigt Einzige Kritik: Es fehlt für morgens ein Sonnenschutz. Man kann nicht draußen frühstücken, weil die Sonne voll draufsteht. Erst ab Mittag kann man auf dem Balkon sitzen. Läufer rutschen, kann gefährlich werden. Wir werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen!!!
