The staff were amazing and very helpful. We had an early arrival and they stored our luggage until check in. We visited during high temps and were given an extra fan to use in room. They offered a travel converter for the outlets. Upon hearing we would have an early check out they asked if we would like a packaged breakfast to go. It was relaxing to have a balcony with views of the mountains and city where we could watch the paragliders land early in the day. The shower was wonderful with good pressure and no residue. Breakfast was good. More variety would have been better. Location was close enough to train station and restaurants and to coop for snacks. Once again, kudos to wonderful staff!
