"The building is a minutes walk from the station and Woolies Metro. The area does have a lot of club and bars, it's close to everything, we even walked into the city. It felt spacious + well furnished, there were a selection of good quality non stick pots and pans, and unusually for a holiday rental a selection of sharp knifes and plentiful utensils. There were basics such as oil and seasoning in the kitchen. The building is like Fort Knox. There is visitors parking in the building and the code...

"The apartment was ideal for our family of 8 adults. It had all the amenities we needed, it was close to amazing dining and shopping experiences. Public transport was easily accessible -we used buses and ferries. The communication with our host was excellent with all questions responded to promptly. The apartment is spacious and welcoming, and we will certainly use it again for any future stays in Brisbane."

"Place great to stay at with 2 kids. Some carpet replacement and fixtures updated in bathrooms would lift the experience and rating, but great time overall. The apartment is a great size for a family. Aircon and fans kept the place cool for a hot January in Brisbane. Parking was secure and undercover"

"I was staying at Evolution apArtments for work. It was brilliant just next to Federsl court close to cbd and very close to the legal precinct. My room was large, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The sky lounge on the top floor was magnificent and very hand for business meetings. "
