Free car parking was a bonus. We stayed in a 2-BR apartment which was very spacious with 2 bathrooms and even a study nook which was perfect for me who needed to do a bit of work on holidays. Although the building and fixtures are not brand new, the furnishings were new and in good condition. We saw that there was a gym and pool but did not utilize them. No plugs were provided for sinks in the ensuite and there was mould in the ensuite and kitchen. The main bedroom has a joint fan/light. You cannot use the fan without the light being on. 2nd double bedroom had NO FAN at all. 3rd bedroom looked onto courtyard with lights streaming in all night. Air con preset, cannot adjust under 23°C. The apartment was disappointing and I would not consider it a 4\* establishment, as advertised. The bedroom aircon had dirty marks all over it and it's filter was sitting on top of the unit. I didn't use it as I'm guessing it hadn't been serviced for a while and may have mould inside. The living room aircon had paper jammed in it. Lighting was dim, including in the bathroom. Living room roller blind didnt wind. The kitchen sponge was dirty.
