I thought we would have a great ocean view, but it wasn’t the case. We were placed on level 3 with partial ocean views (looking directly into trees, couldn’t even see the sand) and the air conditioning placed in the far corner of the main bedroom which did nothing to help the apartment. The owner was apologetic but they’re running at capacity so couldn’t do anything. There were also works happening 24/7 on the light rail which we were unaware of.
