Okay I guess

Close to MCU airport and free parking are good. But the heater is damaged, one of bedside lamp didn’t install bulb, provide only 1 piece of tissue paper. Even worser, the shower room has no door, which may got towels wet, the worst bathroom design I have even seen…

The check in process was after hours so no human on site - we used the little kiosk, the instructions were pretty clear about how to find our room and how to navigate the check in. Once we saw the English option button! But it’s a pretty smart process overall. The room has one of those sensors where you leave your room card inside to ensure electricity. The room was meticulously clean and comfortable with modern furnishings and good linens. The lighting was annoying bc you couldn’t turn off some without turning on others it seemed, but a minor complaint. The hotel was decorated in a fun and creative way. Unfortunately, breakfast not included in room fee.

Rent fint boende. Fina rum med sköna sängar. Fantastisk med gratis kylt vatten nu när de va så varmt. Frukosten kanske inte är värd priset, men mysigt och gott kaffe.

Als erstes nach der Reservierung wird die Bezahlung dafür fällig. okay! Danach bekomme ich e-mails teilweise in englischer Sprache !! Warum ?? Ich buche als Deutscher in Deutschland und möchte die Informationen in Landessprache bekommen. Beim Check-In ist kein Mensch da nur eine Maschine. Ist das Service? Ich bilde erst eine Selbsthilfergruppe um weiter zu kommen? Der Rest aus dem Automaten! Tut mir leid, aber ich habe hier keinen Service erlebt sondern nur Verkauf !!!

Ein schönes Zimmer mit ein paar Minus-Punkten! Man hört im Zimmer alles was im Gang passiert, jedes Wort, dass gesprochen wird, als ob die Personen sich im Zimmer befinden würde. Die Duschkabine (bzw. Wand) ist eine Katastrophe. Das ganze Wasser läuft in das Badezimmer und überflutet den ganzen Boden. Dazu hatten wir noch Pech, dass auch der Duschkopf bzw. der Schlauch kaputt war und von dort auch das Wasser in jede Richtung gespritzt hat. Das Putzpersonal hätte so etwas doch sehen müssen:-( Einfach nur ärgerlich. Der ganze Rest war in Ordnung. Schön und Sauber.
