I am always available via the airbnb app if you have any questions or need anything. A quiet, clean family neighborhood located just 10 minutes from the Coachella and Stage Coach Music Festivals, 25 minutes from Palms Springs, and 15 min to any amazing golf course in the area. This area requires a vehicle of some sorts so my suggestion is to drive yourself, carpool, or utilize uber / lyft to get around. If you or a friend owns a small plane, there is a private airport 5 minutes from the home. Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules. \*Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions. There are security cameras in the front, backyard, and side of house, but not inside the house. Up to 2 pets allowed per stay. Pet fees will be collected after booking and are $175 per pet per stay. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine. POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you\`d like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee. \*Heating the pool is $85/day\* Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before\* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay. If you have more than 8 guests, there will be $50 per guest, per night, with a maximum of 10 guests at any time Apologies in advance if the pool, pool chairs or outdoor furniture is dusty, we have them cleaned regularly but the winds are strong here and sometimes the dust / dirt collects, especially in the tanning bed area. \*\*additional pool cleanings can be requested during your stay be will cost an additional fee. Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy. DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside. \*Outdoor cameras are present and are triggered by motion. Please note that pool cleaners come Tuesday and Friday to clean the pool, in addition the landscapers come Monday mornings bright and early. Both use the side gate to enter, so please don\`t be alarmed if you see them during your stay. The home is spacious and we were able to decorate everything exactly how we wanted. The kitchen was well stocked with basic kitchen items and the large island and large table were perfect for setting up food and drink bars and shared eating spaces. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable with large beds and the couch and roll away beds were a perfect addition for extra guests! There were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets so everyone was more than comfortable!! Then there was the outside pool area - AMAZING! The painted wall and special touches and details made lounging outside so cute and perfect! The pool, hot tub and fire pit were so relaxing and they even had a nice side yard with cornhole! The booking process was super simple and Josh even shared decor and transportation recommendations as well as offered to grocery shop and pre stock the kitchen. He was extremely responsive and super helpful! This communication continued into the checkin process and throughout our entire stay. I would 10/10 recommend staying here! ##### Alexis H. The layout was great open concept. New appliances and well stocked house. The pool and hot tub were nice and the outdoor seating and TV were great. Nice gas fire pit for the chilly evenings. The only worth mentioning negative for us was how hard the kitchen chairs were (metal), and how soft and very low the couch was. For anyone older (50), the couch was very difficult to get out of.
