The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good We were pulling a trailer behind the truck and there were parking spaces for us! What a relief.

This is always my go to hotel when coming to Indy. the staff is always great, they’re remodeling so all the rooms have a nice modern feel. My only complaint is breakfast is not good, but it’s just a typical continental breakfast you’d get at any other hotel so it’s more personal preference nothing the hotel is doing wrong.

They’re in the process of updating the property, so soon it will be much nicer. Our room was nice; I think it had already been updated. Having a fridge and microwave in the room is handy. The staff were all really nice and friendly. We couldn’t eat at the hotel, so not sure how good their pizza is. I’m gluten-free, so there were no options for me. Luckily there’s a Fujiyama across the street. Excellent sushi!

The property was undergoing renovation but otherwise it was very clean. my kids loved hanging out at the pool and going to breakfast in the morning. Check in and check out was very quick, would stay again.

Staff was really nice. Pool was slightly green and cold and outside was very loud with freeway noise. They did just have a ton of rain so might be why pool was green. Suite was large and clean but in dire need of updating. Couch had some stains and everything showed signs of wear and tear. They are undergoing renovations though. Breakfast was very good. Main areas of hotel were very nice. We stayed for one night with dogs for a driving break and served our purpose. Front desk staff was super!

Room was very clean, pool was amazing (the reason we booked with them..outdoor pool!), breakfast was good and the girls at check in were super nice. Would definitely stay with them again. My only complaint would have been glad I brought my noise machine since it was so close to the expressway. Also on our second night someone in one of the rooms on either side of us was smoking weed and it could be smelled in our hall and in our room.

Location was good - easy to find off of I74. A number of dining options and a gas stations right up the street from hotel. Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and looked to be newly remodeled. No highway noise that I could tell. Air conditioner unit was quiet enough to sleep with it on.

I was unimpressed with the hotel. It’s very dated and rundown. While they are doing some work in certain areas, it looks like they have already done renovating and the hotel is just ran down and old. Only one elevator was working and it was the slowest elevator I’ve ever been in. The front desk service was pretty good, however when I requested a couple extra pillows, even though promised, I never received them. The breakfast was included but after the first day, we went out for breakfast the rest of our stay. There is a lot of homeless folks in the area and it seems like they can just walk in the main lobby door and have breakfast. I will say that housekeeping did a decent job. I would not recommend nor will I come back.

The staff was friendly. There was construction going on the renovate the hotel. The signs said it could be between 9 am and 6 pm. There was definitely construction outside of those hours that we could hear from next door or above our room. The construction workers smelled terribly of smoke making the halls smell bad. Also, the ding on the elevator was very loud and we were a few rooms down the hall. Overall, not a horrible stay. But probably wouldn't stay here again if there were other options.
