Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Loved that there were restaurants just walking distance from hotel. I will definitely stay there again. I had no idea there was a full kitchen in my room. That was really nice.

Rooms were spacious, clean and had everything. Fridge, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, amenities were spot in. The Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help, and the breakfast was very well done. Hot, fresh and had a great variety of foods to choose from.

Our visit was great. It was a little annoying when we first got there because we reserved our room through Expedia and added an extra day to our stay back in April. There was some miscommunication somewhere and they did not have us checking in until the following day, despite us making the changes through Expedia to check in a day sooner. They were able to accommodate us and we were able to check in after a while. The room was clean and spacious and there were plenty of businesses nearby to dine at or shop in. We were a big fan of the little outdoor mall down the street. It was also very easy to walk to Ruoff from there. They were extremely sweet to the dog we had brought along, she felt like royalty. We’d likely stay here again in the future, we’d just double-check that our modifications went through before getting there. 😅

First time staying at one of your hotels. We loved it! Spacious room! Great breakfast! Staff so friendly! Excellent location close to shopping and restaurants. Kids enjoyed the pool and were so happy staying there. When the grandkids are happy, this grandma is super happy. Thank you for a great couple days.

When we arrived our room were not ready, gave 30 minutes and nowhere near ready. Waited again and this time manager was there went up to check and came back and gave us a clean room. Note there were others waiting as well. But once we got in and settled was ok, I'm not a fan of the soft pillows but it is what it is. The breakfast was good and we would stay again making sure the room was ready. Wasn't far from our event we were attending.

This was a good place to stay. Clean, comfortable and well kept. It's very close to Ruoff Music center making it a good choice if you are choosing to stay after attending a concert. There is a breakfast included but it is minimal. Its enough to keep you from starting your day off hungry but nothing to write home about. In my opinion, this is a minor point and wouldn't prevent me from recommending it to friends or staying here again.
