This was a surprisingly nice hotel for the price. We stayed here just 1 night as we were traveling through on our vacation. The only hiccup was that on check in, we were told the incorrect time for when breakfast ended, so we missed it. Otherwise, it was a decent place to spend the night.

It was a long wait to check in , but once it was our turn the staff member was very nice and apologized for the wait time. She was very helpful and had patience to answer out questions. She made sure our needs were taken care of before we left the desk. I then understood that although she was the only one working the desk, and the extra wait time was because she was working to give good service. The room was kind of an older looking room but was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The closet door was off track and needed repair, but that was ok. Breakfast offered was decent.

Our travel plans for delayed and we weren't able to arrive until 3a but the hotel staff were very accommodating and let us check in late. It was also nice that checkout wasn't until noon after arriving very late. All of the staff were super nice.

The property staff was decent however, there were no towels in the gym or in the swimming pool area, the swimming pool and hot tub area could use some renovation and could be better maintained and cleaned, my hotel room had not been vacuumed and there were a lot of candy wrappers found between the bed and the nightstand and random trash found behind the TV stand dresser, the hotel hallways had a lot of crumbs and things showing that no vacuuming had taking place throughout the four day stay that I was there. I did love my rooms layout but I also noticed that no housekeeping ever came to my room to change the bedding or provide me with clean towels during my stay either. I had to request to have those things done. I’m not a huge breakfast person, but my teenage son absolutely loved being able to make his own fresh waffle every morning.

I got a king executive suite and it was very big and had coffee for the coffee pot in the fridge living room with couch and a TV and then a master bedroom with a king size bed and a tv. The best was the pool and hot tub and my fiance and I went to the hot tub probably about nine times lol. Not to mention we got a really good price for a suite at $104. Highly recommend.
