The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities are: \- Washer dryer in unit for free \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Complimentary coffee \- Fitness center access \- Multiple parking lots that offer daily parking at very reasonable prices within a 2 block radius! \- Direct sky bridge connection to various hotels and the convention center for convenience! A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Other Things to Note: No smoking, parties, pets Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee) $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors $200 penalty for lost key fobs No outside guests without permission One towel per guest per stay Valid photo ID required to complete the booking ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1\. 22 years old for out of town guests 2\. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
