"The thing about this hotel is that it’s nice with a whimsy of nostalgia if they kept up with repairs it would be perfect but a lot of times things are in disrepair but the staff were always amazing. They all made extra effort to make us comfortable and so I’d stay there again just for the quality customer service and care we received. Plus it’s on a budget you can’t really complain. "I would like to thank Lori for accomodating my request. We have 3 seniors with mobility problem and had to ask for a ground floor rooms. Lori was quick to respond. I am sorry to score low on the amenities. I was expecting a workable gym. The gym is too small, lack of windows and has old worn out equipments. It was stuffy and boring. I would like to mention that the beds need to be replaced. Other than that we slept well and had a good breakfast. The staff were friendly. Location is great, it is near walmart and lots of eating places."

"The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our 3-day stay, and the hotel itself was lovely (and pristine)! Of particular note was the effort made to ensure gluten-free options at the free breakfast in the mornings, and the help we received planning our driving routes around the city. We will definitely be returning!"

"The Burley's Garden and Suite was very beautiful. The suite was cozy and warm. The hostess, Margaret welcomed us with a smile and a big hello. She showed us around the suite and was very inviting. This location is in a quiet area and away from excessive noises. Margaret, gave us a great suggestion for dinner and breakfast to a restaurant that is literally a two min walk from the driveway. We will definitely be staying there again for sure."
