"We really enjoyed staying here and would do so again!! The sunrise view from our third floor balcony was spectacular. Walking the beach was also great. The living space was roomy and the kitchen was great. We found everything we needed. The laundry facility was just right. Stephanie was quick to respond when we had questions. We struggled with the shower/bath faucet but managed ok. Everything else was great. Thanks very much to our hosts!!"

"5 minute walk to the public beach, stores near by, 5 minute drive to Flagler ave! Perfect place for a girls weekend! Very clean and comfy!"

"Laundry service was convenient. House was very clean. Could use some new pots and pans as nonstick is very scratched up. Had a wonderful crockpot. The pool and spa were great but be careful heating them a lot as the renter has to pay the gas bill and it’s quite pricey. Our grandkids loved it so it was worth it though. The host was easy to work with and was very accommodating. "

"Great location ! Came for a dance competition with a few other families and we all fit perfectly ! Great place to combine with another family and have the beach literally steps away . Will definitely look into staying here again with my own family for a weekend get away ! "

"Room was clean, had a view of ocean from balcony, glad to see the beach sand restoration, i had a picture from last year after hurricane and the ocean was up to the property seawall, unbelievable how much sand they added back, great to see there is a beach again."

"Amazing stay here! The property is in excellent condition and clearly recently remodeled with beautiful furniture and fixtures throughout. The bathroom was the real standout with its beautiful walk in shower with river stone floor. Even the bedding and towels are from premium brands! The bed is comfortable for what it is and we had no trouble getting good sleep, though it is limited by its design as a fold up bed so we found it quite soft. The TV is on an arm so with careful adjustment you can watch from the bed or couch easily! The host provides amenities and consumables well beyond anything I’ve experienced before, you don’t know how life saving it is until you need it but just about anything you may have forgotten is probably provided in some way which we really appreciated even if we didn’t need most of it. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to get started cooking (though spices were basic and of all things they did not provide a measuring cup), quick trip to the store and we had ourselves the option to eat-in which came in handy a few times despite mostly dining at the amazing restaurants in the area. The location is great with an excellent view over the 27th Ave park to the ocean, very quick and easy walk to the beach, and the complex’s shower station is right by the stairs to the unit so washing off the sand is super convenient. Overall an amazing stay at a great property, hope to return again at some point!"

"The house had everything we could ask for and was close to the beach (it is across a busy street) and town. The pool was a real treat even though the weather did not cooperate and we didn't get in it, we enjoyed dipping our toes in and having our own little oasis. Kitchen was very well stocked and accommodations were as described! Appreciated all the beach chairs, towels, etc. You can tell the owners truly love this place and want their guests to enjoy it as much as they do! Thanks so much!"
