Was okay for an overnight stay. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Not too far from train station. No big towel provided. Shower overflows to sink area but dries up overnight.

This property was a great safe stay for travelers wanting to be close to the airport. The room was everything it needed to be. Clean facilities and offered shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No luggage storage or added amenities of any kind. Kind staff.

This is a great place to stay while in transit, hotel very happy to store my luggage as my flight was not until late evening, the station is just up the road, beach not too far, would definitely stay here again, Incheon Bridge is a must see at night, staff at hotel were amazing, spoke excellent English and very helpful

Perfect location
The perfect location for an overnight stay in Seoul. As promised the shuttle was there with in 20 minutes. Note you have to call yourself, the information desk won't call for you. It was next to many restaurants and 3 minute walk to the subway. Staff was pleasant and best of all the room was amazing. The toilet alone deserves another stay.

My room was small, but it was adequate and clean. The bathroom and shower area appeared to have been recently remodeled. It was quite nice. Temperature control in the room was good. The bed was firm and comfortable. Front desk provided me with an adapter plug for electrical outlets. The hotel restaurant was just so-so, but there are plenty of restaurants across the street from the hotel, and there are many others within a short walking distance. There’s a convenience store half a block away, but even better, a Lotte supermarket less than 5 minutes away on foot. There’s a Subway sandwich shop in a shopping mall that’s even closer. That’s the only American/western restaurant that I saw in the vicinity. I didn’t need to exchange currency since my credit cards were accepted everywhere. On the whole, for the price, it was a really good hotel. Free Wi-Fi, free airport shuttle, etc. Front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful and spoke good English. I would stay here again if I ever return to Incheon.

Room was not the same as photo. Furniture was old . But the service desk at night was good , willing to pick me up from International airport to their hotel which i have difficulty in Korean language speaking.

Perfect Place for Short Stop Over in ICN
Hotel Air Relax is the perfect place to stay on a short stop-over in ICN. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the airport, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel staff are nice. The price is affordable and there are numerous convenience stores and restaurants in the vicinity.

As in the name, this is a relaxing place to stay. Pleasant rooms. Comfortable beds. Well designed building. The small cafe being built right next door will make this an even better place to come. Easy access to subway. Pleasant park just a few blocks away. Good restaurants all around. Friendly staff. I cancelled a reservation at another hotel so I could return here. Next time I come to Korea, this will definitely be my first stop. A wonderful hotel!

Very easy access from airport. Easy access to subway (Unseo stop). Close to reasonably priced restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed. All cotton sheets. Room was comfortable temperature (cool). I cancelled a reservation for another hotel when I will again be in the area during this trip so I could return to this hotel. Likely I will start booking here upon first entering Korea when in the Seoul area.

It says no smoking, but it stank of smoke and had a tiny sign that said please don't smoke on the bed. The frosted glass covering in the bathroom was filthy. Fingerprints everywhere. It needs a deep deep clean. And the bathroom is poorly designed.

The staff are awesome! The service is above and beyond. My son for lost from the subway train and the hotel picked up my son as a courtesy to the station he got lost. Truly appreciated how accommodating the staff were when we arrived around midnight at Incheon due to a delayed flight. I just called the hotel upon arrival to ask if a shuttle is still available and they sent one right away! Had no problems during check in and check out. The room and bathroom were spacious. It was just unfortunate that one bed in the room made my companion itchy when slept on. Aside from that, our stay was alright. Wouldn’t mind booking again in case we need a hotel near the airport that provided complimentary ride to and from Incheon.
