"A unique house. Beautifully decorated. Lemon and orange trees roses all around. Honesty fridge and access to plates cutlery etc allowed us to have lovely tapas evenings in garden by pool. Felt like home from home. I played the piano in the lounge.Was previously the family’s private home. Gorgeous gardens and pool and exceptional breakfast and hosts Maria Jose and Xavier..yes there is a supermarket and kfc by the side and two roads close but we knew this and wanted the fab bus and train links...

"A fantastic Hotel in the countryside. Old "manor" rebuilt as a hotel. Nice garden with a large pool in the garden. We where there in April so the water was on the chillier side but fully bathable (was not heated). A lovely restaurant with nice food. Nice to have breakfast outside with an overview of the garden. The breakfast was defiantly price wert with a large table with sweets. There was vineyards nearby and the Hotel helped us book a really interesting (and tasty) tour with wine testing and...

"The pool area and gardens are lovely and the property has the wow factor on arrival and beds were comfortable. The owners gave us some eggs as well as some basic provisions on arrival and altered timing of air con so our daughter could have her nap in the cool. Overall accommodation needs a deep clean and maintenance. Fix broken appliances (oven, showers, toaster) and ‘refresh’ and better organise kitchen areas. "We had a verily nice stay. Very bog and clean house with 14 places to sleep for adults. Nice sitting area next to the BBQ. Swimming pool is also very nice and big. The only thing that you maybe miss if it is very hot inside is airco, but that's all. For the rest it is a very nice place to stay and we would definitely recommend the place."

"Beautiful, modern roperty which was perfect for our large group. Large bedrooms and shared spaces with ensuite in each. Cleanliness was excellent and pool a great size. Would highly reccommend. Outside toilet, wifi signal very poor so boosters around the property, gas ran out so pethaps a way to swap bottles ourselves. Bath towels a little thin and need replacing."

"This is a wonderful rural property with an outdoor pool and several bedrooms. It was very good as a base for cyclists to explore northern Mallorca. More cleaning supplies such as liquid dishwashing soap and laundry detergent and basic kitchen supplies like salt, pepper & sugar would have made our visit a little more comfortable. "Très beau jardin ombragé et très belle piscine ! La cuisine d’extérieure est très agréable. La villa est sombre, la chambre des enfants est la seule au RDC. Sur le terrain juste à côté il y a 8 chiens enchaînés qui aboient beaucoup surtout la nuit ! Très bonne communication avec Hormerti. Bon séjour malgré l’environnement très bruyant dû à la présence de ces chiens !"

"The villa was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Air con in the bedrooms was expensive to run but essential for us Brits in the high 30s temperatures! Pool was large and deep enough for us all to enjoy. Inca itself is not particularly touristy, but the villa is located quite close to the centre, which meant that we had a great choice of local restaurants and the market was enjoyable.
