The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (with TV) and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people. Facilities also include WiFi (suitable for video calls) and a TV in the living room. This vacation home has a private balcony for your evening relaxation and also a shared terrace. Important information for group bookings/ large families: This vacation apartment is connected to the “Apartment Auszeit” on the 1st floor and to the “Suite Heustadel” on the 2nd floor by internal stairs. This means that either the whole half of the house could be booked together if required, or you could book 2 apartments, e.g. ground floor “Apartment in der Stube” with 1st floor “Apartment Auszeit”. This vacation rental features a shared open terrace for relaxed evenings. The accommodation is just a 10-minute drive from the historic old town of Meersburg, with nearby attractions such as the Affenberg, the island of Mainau, the World Heritage Stilt Houses (pile dwellings) and the Zeppelin Museum.
