"We weren't there for the house, so we weren't disappointed. For the price, this place was great. Laundry worked and it was close to Starved Rock. It definitely shows a lot of wear and tear, and the dead bolt on the front door is slipping. But it was clean enough, had what we needed, and was close to where we wanted to be, so I can't really complain. I do want to say.. WHO USES SINGLE PLY TOILET PAPER?!?! With the suggestion that a convenience store is nearby.. Other than that, it worked for what we needed it for."

"We loved this place. It was beautiful and a good location. The kitchen had any small appliance you would need for cooking. A bathroom on each floor, which was a plus. The beds were very comfortable. A nice little patio to enjoy the outdoors. We would definitely stay here again! Ivan, the host, was wonderful. He always got back to me with answers to my questions."

"We loved staying here! It was beautiful and in a great location. We were close to everything. We loved the jetted tub after a morning of hiking. We loved sitting on the back patio and drinking coffee. We will for sure be back!"
