"This is our second holiday here at this property - it is perfect in every way. The beautiful pool is set in landscaped gardens behind a gate looking out onto vineyards- so peaceful. "Beautifully redecorated in 2021. Vincent very responsive and helpful. Large space perfect for families. I didn't realized it was when I booked it that it was for part of the home and. I was worried it would connected but it’s 2 separate living areas. Owners live in floor above you. We could hear them walking around at times but they weren’t ever loud. The gardens are beautiful. It is a 15-17 min walk uphill back to the house. Might be hard for little kids but manageable for our families with...

"The villa was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We have stayed in Sainte Maxine a number of times, and although the location doesnt have a view like other properties we have rented, it is quiet yet close to the town and beach, but be prepared for a steep walk back. Throughly enjoyed our stay."
