Le studio est bien équipé, globalement conforme à la description, l'accueil vraiment sympa, avec en bonus la bouteille de rosé au frais. Pourtant un détail gâche l'expérience : presque sans isolation, les toilettes donnent l'impression d'être au milieu de la chambre, à proximité immédiate du lit. Un vrai désagrément qui mérite d'être corrigé. D'autant plus que le prix est élevé au regard des prestations, plus cher même que l'hôtel juste à côté, dont les chambres sont bien plus confortables. ##### Stéphane C. Il y a une benne vue mer du balcon. Et il est bien équipé. Je note la réaction rapide de Patricia le jour où je n'ai plus eu d'eau...elle a fait le nécessaire dans la journée. Mais points négatifs : la terrasse extérieure côté rue était sale à mon arrivée (le mobilier aussi : chaises, transats, canapé...qui ne donnaient pas envie de s'assoir)..J'ai du nettoyer. Cela mériterait l'achat de nouveau mobilier. Et a minima passer un coup de balai la veille de l'arrivée du locataire et un coup sur la table..Je précise aussi que c'est le seul studio qui a sa terrasse côté rue, donc pas vraiment d'intérêt..(il vaut mieux louer les autres) heureusement qu'il y a le petit balcon vue mer. (j'avais pensé que la terrasse était aussi vue mer, comme pour tous les autres studios...) Gros problème aussi de la climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas correctement : elle souffle de l'air, oui, mais ne refroidit pas du tout, (alors que je l'avais mise au max, il faisait plus chaud dedans que dehors) et est placée ds le salon/cuisine, donc dans la chambre, on ne sent rien du tout...et une salle de bains très petite où on doit presque enjamber les toilettes en sortant de la douche..pas très pratique.. Au final, j'ai payé très cher ma location (comparé à d'autres sur l'île) et suis repartie avec une certaine déception... ##### SOPHIE T. Pas d´eau froide au robinet de la salle de bain. Uniquement de l'eau brûlante. Très difficile de régler l eau de la douche. De l´eau sur le sol de la cuisine, on ne sait pas d´où elle vient. Murs salle de bain et cuisine abîmés. Peinture du carrelage de douche qui se décolle. Coussins du canapé apparemment pas lavés depuis un moment. Couchage de deux matelas simple, bof! On voit bien que l´appartement n´est pas entretenu ou ne l´a pas été depuis l´été dernier. Nous avons payé 200 euros la nuit! Sur l´île, nous avons vu de grand T1 à 50 euros. D´autres à 77 euros dans une belle résidence avec piscine. Même le magnifique hôtel avec piscine, situé en face de la location était moins cher avec le petit déjeuner compris. Les points positifs : vue magnifique sur la mer depuis le balcon, il y a tous le nécessaire de cuisine, l´accueil de Patricia à notre arrivée et sa disponibilité, la bouteille d´eau et de rosé dans le frigo à notre arrivée. ##### Valerie U. Vous disposez d'un tout tout petit balcon, praticable seulement à deux et c'est la seule vue mer que vous avez. L'appart est sympa, coin douche toilette minuscule, mais suffisant. Bref, ca vaut pas plus que 150 euros .... Pour conclure sur les tarifs, il semble que l'ile du levant soit tres onéreuse en terme de logement, et il y a beaucoup d'autres endroits sur la cote, aussi sympa et bien plus abordables, y compris pour les naturistes. L'ambiance sur l'ile est tres sympa, les gens adorables. Il vaut mieux avoir de bonne jambes car c'est tres escarpé. une seule plage de sable, et pour le reste ce sont des rochers aménages. nous avons cependant passé un tres bon séjour.
