Originally, we booked for March, but Kristy reached out to us offering to reschedule because of Cyclone Alfred, which we greatly appreciated. "The photos of this property do not match. On arrival the building had broken glass taped up, no direction where to find a key, no support with trying to contact for help. Car park had people being erratic. Room itself smelt of smokers. The bed was ruffled. The bottom sheet not ironed. Paint was coming off the walls in the rooms. On arrival, we were welcomed by a staff member, Stacy, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was satisfactory.
