Great stretch of beach out front and a top spot for checking the surf or having a drink from the elevated dune park bench area. Beds are suburb, great nights sleep here. Living room a little small for a crowd and the pull out sofa couch isn't super comfortable but that would be about the only thing to niggle about regarding this wonderful property. House was well equipped but missing a few little/personal touches (eg lightbulbs in the bedside lamps not all working, no salt/pepper/coffee, Telstra TV but no wifi etc) but they didn’t take away from the stay. Could be cool to have a little host book of local info as a nice touch, I totally understand why linen isn’t included due to COVID etc but really for the prices charged it’s an expectation now along with WIFI and a working tv. The house was in a fantastic location and was so lovely. The table up on the sand dune had a lovely outlook. The appliances and kitchenware were very nice. We had a lovely family holiday in a town where everyone was so nice and friendly. The fishing was great and the rockpools at the end were great for little kids. It's probably easier to tell you the few downsides than all the up sides. Down side was the back yard was either very long grass or complete dirt (instead of the lush maintained lawn in the photos) and the DVD player barely worked (which is fine except for those rainy days with kids).
