Es hingen Spinnen an der Decke, die Dusche zeigte Putzreste, Haare. Im Kühlschrank Dreck, Toaster und Wasserkocher klebten, die Herdplatten , eigentlich war die gesamte Wohnung schmutzig. Die Kissen auf dem Sofa, sowie ein alter Stuhl waren voller Flecken. Eine alte Stehlampe war voller Rost. Die Wohnung war mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet und bot kein Komfort und lag direkt an einer lauten Straße. Zur Wohnung führt eine sehr steile Treppe hoch. Zwei Lebensmittelläden sind direkt in der Nähe und gegenüber ist auch ein Bioladen mit Produkten aus der Region. Wenn man ans Meer will sind z.B. Otterndorf oder Cuxhaven nicht weit weg.
