"Leider sehr enttäuscht angefangen vom Check in bis zu der Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Check in bzw. Schlüsselübergabe sehr verwirrend, durch Kontakt mit dem Zuständigen zwar geschafft aber hätte viel eindeutiger und konkreter, unkomplizierter ablaufen müssen.
