A modern 70-square-meter apartment, perfect for four guests, located on the ground floor of a completely renovated building (one step to enter).

We’re in the heart of Iglesias’s historic centre, just a short walk from the city’s main landmarks, characterised by narrow alleys, cobblestone streets, and historic buildings.

The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bedroom, two bathrooms, and a small courtyard with a table and chairs.

We are in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL)!





The interior is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed, dining table, small desk, smart TV, and split A/C;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine with Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, split A/C, and access to the bathroom;

- BATHROOM I (inside the bedroom) with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BATHROOM II with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.

- PRIVATE COURTYARD (accessible from the bedroom) with a beach umbrella, small table, and chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and split-system air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom), washing machine (in the kitchen), hair dryer, clothesline, and iron.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorised use of extra linens, €15 will be charged for each set of linens used.

Waste Management (required)

During their stay, guests must dispose of trash daily, sorting it by type and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated on the calendar.

There are no trash bins or recycling stations in the city; instead, door-to-door collection is provided, so only small amounts of pre-sorted trash may be kept inside the home.

Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of 200.00 euros being charged to the guest.





In the heart of the historic centre of Iglesias, Via Satta is the ideal starting point for exploring one of Sardinia’s most charming cities. - If you’re travelling by car, you can park for free on the streets adjacent to the property (NOT guaranteed). PLEASE NOTE: Via Satta in Iglesias is part of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Specifically, at the crossroads of Via Satta and Via Don Minzoni, there is one of the city’s electronic access control gates equipped with cameras.

The street falls under the management of the historic centre, and the main details are as follows.

Restrictions for unauthorised vehicles: For vehicles without a pass (or that do not fall into authorised categories, such as residents), access, transit, and parking are prohibited 7 days a week, from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
