About this property
Remodeled historic home on quiet street!
This is not a traditional bed & breakfast any longer, but you will have the entire home to yourself which includes a full kitchen!
This house was built in 1885 and remodeled in 2020! The large living room has room for the whole family to hang out, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The ground floor bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs loft has a Full daybed. 2 bedrooms upstairs have their own toilet, and there is a shared full bath upstairs for showering.
The backyard is shared with another home, and is not fully accessible to guests at this time, but the front yard and patio areas are usable!
We have one exterior-facing camera above the front door, and one exterior-facing camera above the back door that each capture 30 days of video history.

This property was in walking distance to Indian Springs, and many cute stops and restaurants. We didn't eat in the kitchen so I can't speak to the functionality of that.
A very utilitarian house and good for its price. Very close to the highway and has some good restaurants nearby as well. One thing you should know before booking is that the loft bedroom is not a private space and is the passage for two rooms. The bed there wasn’t a queen bed either when I visited. But these are a few small things I was able to adjust with because of the price.
The property was easy to find and off the main street. This made for a quiet and relaxing environment. The proorty is close enough to walk to the downtown area for shopping and dining. Safeway is two blocks away. The property itself was in very good condition. Everything worked as it should. The beds are comfortable and the shower was hot. The baseboard heaters worked great. The stairs to the three upstairs bedrooms were steep, as expected in thisvera of home. The upstairs bath had a wonderful shower. The downstairs bath had a tub. Would stay here again

Nicely remodeled bit still needs more
We could see nice improvements that they have done. However, the living room lighting was dark so hard to use this room at night. And bathroom hand soap in one bathroom was almost empty. Some wondows also did not open to bring in cool air. Nicely located in town.

House has charm, but dust was ridiculous
The house has old charm. Appreciate no cleaning fee. But my daughters ans grandbaby slept in downstairs bedroom and all came home with respiratory and sinus issues. No one else in the house just us rhat slept in the downstairs bdroom the second dsy iswept and cleanes room. Moved curtains and cobwebs an tons of dust came dlying out. May wwnt to clewn rhis or ck for mold. Somethinflyibgday i swept and
We like the location. The only downfall is a Larger Dining Room
Table would be Great & little more Kitchen utensils, Crock Pot . Overall we enjoyed the house. We would stay again!
Thank You

Pretty sure someone came into the house while we were sleeping. Not sure who. Noticed some items one day in the laundry room, when we all woke up the next morning they were gone. (Ski boots and goggles)

Thanksgiving weekend
The house was nice, the stairs were steep. We cooked our Thanksgiving Dinner for family that came all the way from Hawaii. What a disappointment. The oven was filthy & had a horrible smell. I wasted money & dinner was ruined. The location was kind of ghetto looking with trailers unseen in the listing. I wish I had a refund, not staying there ever again & won't recommend it if you plan on cooking. It is rude to pay for a place & have them ask you to strip your beds before leaving. Animal friendly but no access to backyard. I was embarrassed to have my family have a home cooked Thanksgiving dinner there.
We rented this great house for our trip to Red Rocks to see Shakey Graves with my son before he started his Senior year in High School. This place was perfect!! Four beds, great common areas in a beautiful small CO town in the mountains! Would absolutely rent here again!! Thank you!!
We stayed here last weekend to go to a red rocks concert… it was a beautiful and perfect place for families… there were 6 adults in our group. The beds were extremely comfortable kitchen and living room perfect for gathering Cooking and eating meals together.
