It's right by the train station, so it's very convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and I really enjoyed my check in experience with them. The western-style rooms here look comfortable but a little outdated in decor. However, I booked a Japanese room and I was assigned the 和室B, which is the bigger of the two the hotel has available. It was absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious. Beautiful view. And very affordable. Met the owner of the hoyel during breakfast. She was very approachable and helpful with recommending Chuson-ji area n temples. We went for a pretty late dinner n there was this small local eatery just behind the hotel. Didn't seem much of a place, but very authentic n fresh with their ramen, n very reasonable price. Only thing was you need to order from a slot machine, if you could read kanji! A very kind customer guy helped to explain there was only 1 ramen in this eatery n some side dishes.
